This is an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor to join a niche property law firm with great prospects for directorship for the right applicant. The ideal candidate will be an experienced solicitor to assist in the busy newbuild and regular conveyancing departments acting for clients purchasing selling/ buying residential property and also buying newly built/off plan properties to live in.

With an emphasis on retirement apartments and so a good degree of leasehold experience and private client knowledge as an advantage, you will work provide overflow assistance to two departments which include a trainee solicitors and paralegals. This role does not require any marketing, my client employs a business development manager to link with development sales site managers.

You will be supported on a variety of residential property transactions including sales and purchases in help to buy and newbuild properties. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of files as well as ensuring that you provide a high level of service to a very high net worth client base.

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors who live within commutable distance to our offices in Woking, with at least 3 years' PQE (guide to experience) and applicants should be enthusiastic about developing their career in this area and experience in plot purchases. They will be confident in their ability to work independently on their own caseload and meet strict deadlines. The successful candidate will be paid a market rate salary, with a generous, realistically achievable bonus scheme.
