If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the company's head office in the Warrington area, you will be a highly experienced, ambitious residential Property Solicitor that is able to handle a case load of residential property transactions.

37.5 working hours with 8 - 5.30 being our core hours. The hours will fit into these, 8 - 5.30 for example wouldn`t be the full day.
Your main responsibilities for this role include:
Being responsible for managing your own mixed caseload of conveyancing transactions which would include the purchasing and sales of leasehold and freehold whilst also dealing with some re-mortgages and the transferring of equity as well as acting for lenders.
Providing cost estimates to all new clients.
Liaising with important contacts such as clients, commercial and estate agents alongside others throughout the whole transaction process.
Running a conveyancing caseload from it's inception to completion with minimal supervision required.
Assisting the development of the Conveyancing Department.
In order to successfully apply and be considered for this role, you MUST have:
At least 3 years PQE.
Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
