Job Description

Are you somebody with strong leadership skills and a background in customer service?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working in Liverpool city centre the role will involve providing leadership, mentoring and supervision within your department. You will also be expected to maintain delivery of professional, high-quality services to ensure full compliance with the firms` policies and procedures.

Other responsibilities of this role include:
" Manage own caseload
" Conduct regular one-to-ones with team members
" Support Head of Department with any people management issues
" Complaint handler and supervisor for team members
" Liaising with Enquiry team
" Undertaking COT checks for my team members
" Department meetings
