We are working with a fantastic award-winning client who are looking for a residential manager to join a service in Llanelli. This is a great opportunity If you are looking to join a company who knows by ensuring that the staff are happy and well supported in their roles, this will have a positive impact on the care and support individuals using the service receive. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday. This role is ideally suited to someone who is aiming to enhance their career in leadership. We would be interested in speaking to individuals who have experience working within a similar environment.

The ideal candidate

• You will have a minimum QCF level 3 in health and social care and be willing to work towards a level 4/5
• You will have experience of the care sector, the regulatory framework, service delivery with excellent working knowledge of the essential standards and statutory inspections in social care.
• You will be a passionate individual, who has experience of working with individuals who have a learning disability, autism and challenging behaviour
• You are required to be computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages, have strong relationship building skills and customer service skills
• You will need experience of developing strong relationships with service users, family members, health professionals, local authorities, including GP's and social workers
