The company has the opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to work in their busy office situated in Frome, Somerset.

Job Role:

- To undertake fee-earning work in the firm's residential conveyancing department
based at Frome and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the
department by achieving the annual target agreed with the firm
- To ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the departmental
business plan
- Conduct matters in the following areas on behalf of clients in a timely and cost
effective manner; Sales and purchases, remortgages, easements, plot sales, deeds of gift, transfers of equity and sales of par

Requirements:

- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Conveyancer
- 1-3 years experience gained within Residential Property
- Experience across a broad range of residential property matters including: Sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, help to buy and shared ownership
