Exciting new opportunity supporting adults with mental health in a residential setting!

BS Social Care is one of the UK's leading recruitment specialist, placing skilled workers within the social care sector!

You will be supporting individuals with mental health, being a companion and being someone they can speak to. You will need to encourage them to speak about their feelings and help motivate them and offer reassurance when needed.

You will be a calm individual who can communicate well and able to listen to individuals and engage in conversation with them.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need 12 months work experience within the social care sector OR 6 months experience with a relevant social care qualification.
