We have a brand new exciting opportunity supporting young people with CSE and we are looking for individuals who are ready for a new challenge!

You will be supporting young people within a CSE home. Your main duties will be supporting with family visits and ensuring the health and safety of the young people and engaging with the individuals being there for general support and motivate them. There will be a mixture of lone working and working on a 2-1 basis within the residential setting and generally supporting with domestic duties. You must be flexible to work long shifts and sleeps and be ready to role your sleeves up and get stuck in!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people and preferably CSE. You will be someone who aims to make a difference and is approachable. The role can be verbally challenging so someone who can be robust but sensitive to the young people.

Ideally you will have MAPPA training but this is not essential. You will have previous experience working with young people with CSE. If you have a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. If you have an NVQ Level 3 or safeguarding then we would love to hear from you!
