I am currently working closely with a company who are a leading provider of innovative care and education services to children and young people who have complex needs, emotional, behavioural social, learning or physical needs.

They are currently looking for Caring and experienced individuals to join their team as residential support workers based in Huddersfield.



Responsibilities of Support Worker Role:
" Safeguarding the young people in your care
" Supervising children in a classroom setting
" Assisting children with school work
" Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn
Requirements of Support Worker-
" Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
" Previous experience working in a school setting with children with autism (desirable)
" Applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure which the client will cover the cost of.
" Full UK drivers' license and access to own transport (desirable)



Salary and Benefits:
" Between £8.00 to £8.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and/or experience
" Initial and ongoing training provided for personal development to include the QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
"20 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays

This position is full time at 40 hours per week and they are looking for someone who is flexible with working hours.

This position is £8 per hour and at £8.50 per hour with Level 3 Qualification.
