The role of the residential support worker, is supporting children within a residential setting, the young people have emotional behavioural difficulties and challenging background. You will be working on a rota basis and be flexible to work a mixture of days and sleeps.

The ideal candidate for this role will be reliable and trustworthy, you must be able to engage with young people and be patient in building this relationship.

Ideally you will have experience working within the social care sector, preferably 1 year as a minimum, or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. You will have MAPPA training and NVQ Level 3 in CCYP or equivalent, if you don't have these qualifications we would still love to hear from you!
