The role of the Residential Support Worker is supporting young people who can present very challenging behaviour due to the nature of the service, this may vary and can be very settled. Your day to day duties will be encouraging the young people and building a relationship with the young people. You will be working for a well established organisation with the scope for a permanent opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be resilient and patient and be able to engage with young people. You will be flexible to work on a rota basis and be available to work long shifts.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant social care qualification. You will have experience working with young people in order to support the service.
