Juggling work and kids? Or maybe work and University? If you have experience working in care you know that this industry can offer the flexibility to do it all. What working on temporary, ongoing bookings with me can offer is the ability to build a relationship on communication and trust so that we work together to get you bookings and work that suits your availability and needs.
I am working with a really lovely service in Wellingborough that is really looking for someone to take every shift with both hands and own it. Being a small service you can build really lovely relationships with the young people there, but continuity is key and they wants people that are happy to keep going back when they`re needed.
You`ll also be able to broaden your experience, working at different services and types of roles. You`ll be employed by us so you will accrue holiday pay and you`ll be paid on a weekly basis.
I`m keen to hear about your experience with young people, have you worked in residential before? Do you have a Level 3 working with children, or an equivalent? You might have a degree in Social Care, or perhaps another degree relevant to working with children?
If you have a current DBS registered online, that`s amazing. If you don`t, not to worry, I`d be more than happy to talk you through how you can obtain one.
