Job Description

I have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Children's Residential Support Worker to work within a well-established, national company supporting children with Autism, challenging behaviours and associated complex needs near Basingstoke, Hampshire.

You will find yourself supporting Children through their daily life and supporting them through education and activities. You will encourage positive behaviours and ensure a continually caring environment for the Children.

You will be working within a Residential Home that provide a safe, warm and caring environment for the Young People. You will be supporting the Young people to access community facilities and activities.

Candidate Requirements;
-Experience within Children's Service is preferred
-Passion, enthusiasm and the drive to succeed
-Be able to work early shifts, late shifts and weekends

Pay/Contract;
-£10.13 p/h
-Sleep ins paid at £35 p/sleep
-This is for a Full-Time position
-37.5 hours a week
