Your employer is an amazing education setting and also provide residential care. You`ll be supported by a warm and nurturing team of staff that have years of experience, you know you`ll be safe hands. You will be trained and helped to support each of the young people aged 16-19.You`ll be educating, empowering and participating in group sessions. You will be encouraging the young people to achieve their personal goals and you will be instrumental in providing them with the support network they deserve.

Your personality is key to the success of the service. If you have a sense of humour, don`t take things personally and generally have a positive outlook then we would like to hear from you.

FLEXIBLE HOURS TO SUIT YOUR LIFESTYLE. - We are looking for people on both the education team (Mon - Fri 8:30 - 16:00) and residential team (Mon - Fri 16:00 - 22:00 and Sat/Sun 7:00 - 22:00 with sleep ins available).

You`ll need 6 months experience in a relevant field. An enhanced DBS, one registered with the update service means we can get you out working even quicker. Interested?
