Here at BS Social Care we are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers to work within an established service providing residential care to Adults.

As part of the team you will be expected to help and understand the needs of the service users, providing them with structure and support with their home and social lives. The ideal candidate will be confident, with a passion for working with Adults.

If you have experience working with Adults with challenging behaviour, and hold a Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care A1 Pathway (desirable) you will be perfect for this role!
