Job Description

BS Social Care are seeking temporary to permanent staff to work for a well established and committed company towards it's employees. You must be over 21 years and hold a drivers license. You will be supporting vulnerable young people to make safe choices by challenging where needed.

This company is a long established client of BS Social Care with an excellent history of supporting it's staff. In respects they require it's staff member to act as excellent role models towards their clients and always promoting equal opportunities.

With in this role you will be taking responsibility for a small number of young people and ensuring that their needs are met. You will be attending to practical matters such as cooking, cleaning etc. establishing relationships which young people perceive to be positive, warm and rewarding.

The ideal candidate will be aware of the aims and objectives of the home and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve them. Helping young people gain self control by challenging unacceptable behaviour and rewarding acceptable, pro-social conduct

You must be 21 years old or over and hold a drivers license

The pay range is £9 to £10
