Residential Support Worker required to support people with learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviours

This role includes supporting adults with learning disabilities in a safe and secure environment. to support them in education, health, social needs.

The ideal candidate would have experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities have a kind, nurturing, personality. Works well in a team but also able to use own initiate in lone working. Able to maintain positive healthy relationships.

The minimum requirements expected from our employees is health and social care level 2 or above and has previous experience working in this sector.

The salary rate is £10 ph. Health and social care level 2 +0.10p. Health and social care level 3 +0.20p. Weekend Enhancement (sat and sun) +0.40p. £55 Per a sleep
