You will be working in a 3 bedded service with 14 - 16 year old's who are considered to have emotional and behavioural needs. You will be passionate, caring and able to stay calm under pressure, as the children may also show challenging behaviours at times. Your role will include helping service users have access to the community and assisting with activities from socialising to cooking/cleaning.

You will have a DBS on the update service and a minimum of 2 years experience working with children in a residential setting. Alternatively, you will have 6 months experience + an NVQ in Health and Social care. Due to the nature of the role, please ensure that we are able to reference a minimum of 5 years work history with no gaps. It is also essential that you have a Full UK driving licence to be considered for this role.

You will be rewarded with a generous £9 per hour and holiday pay to accrue.
