Support Worker

£15,840 - £17,226 Depending on Experience and Qualifications

I am currently looking for a number of Support Workers across 4 homes they have around the Manchester area. My client is currently looking for candidates to have a range of experience and qualifications to join their busy teams across their 4 homes in Manchester. My client would ideally look for candidates with Level 3 child care this is desired not essential. The Pay range will depend on experience and qualifications you must have some Emotional Behaviour Disorder or Mental Health experience to apply for this role.

As a support worker you will be fully involved with all residents day to day schedules supporting them in every area needed, and making a difference for them. There is two age range of residents within the homes there is Children 10-18 years of age and young adults 16-25 years old. All residents have come from a hospital environment with mental health disabilities.

Shifts;

08:00am -08:30am - Sleep Shift

08:00am - 22:00pm - Long Day

09:30pm - 08:30am - Waking Nights

All candidates will be on a shift rota meaning you must be flexiable to work across a 7/24 period.

All 3 homes are Rated good across Ofstead and QCQ and they are just going through the steps of opening their 4th home.
