Are You A Highly Motivated Children`s And Young persons Residential Support Worker Who is Available For Work Immediately ??????

If so I am currently recruiting for a leading Organisation who work with Children & Young People they provide a personal centred approach service for young people in Residential settings they have several services located in East and North London areas.

You will have experience in caring for young children with challenging behaviour, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Social or emotional or other complex issues.This will involve one on one or working in groups. There may be outreach work involved as well.

Must have qualities are Compassion, Trust and Honesty, Flexibility and adaptability, Problem Solving, Team Player, Communication skills

The ideal candidate must have at least two years experience working with Children and Young People. Must also be able to supply 5 years referencing. An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which costs £50 or if you`re already on the update service this will be accepted.
