Job Description

My client is a highly professional organisation who specialise in the care and support of young people with emotional behaviour disorders in a residential setting and are currently looking for a fun and caring support worker.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

Essential Requirements
NVQ L3 Health and Social care/Children and Young People
Previous experience in similar residential settings
DBS on the update service
Ability to work various shift patterns

Desirable Requirements
Driving licence

Duties
The job role will include general duties such as escorting the young people to school, assisting with food preparation, and keeping the children occupied both in and out the service.


The pay rate for this role will be £9 per hour and benefits include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, pension scheme, 24 hour support 365 days a year, reward and recognition and the potential for a permanent job.
