Support Worker Bristol £9ph + Holiday and Pension Looking for flexibility? Look no further!

A well-established large national organization are recruiting for Support Workers for their residential and supported living services in Bristol & Surrounding areas. You will be working with Adults who have autism, anxiety, limited communication, complex needs and may display challenging behaviour

Main Job Role:
- Support clients with everyday duties i.e. cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping etc
- Manage them through their Support Plans (maintain good health and diet)
- Assist them with any activities (gym, bakery, arts & crafts, swimming, riding, bowling, football, cinema, cycling, walks, church, snooker) etc
- Accompany them out & about in the community i.e bank appointments, health visits etc
- Encourage them with future goals they would like to achieve
- Some aspects or full personal care required and some may need manual handling

Qualifying candidates:
- Have 1 years, paid experience in care (any setting / sector)
- Must have a driving licence but you don`t need a car as you will drive the service user`s car


Working as a BSSC Temp:
You can temp permanently there are 6 months contracts available!
- Full OR Part Time hours available
- Flexible working hours - YOU are in control of your diary
- Sleep-ins will be required either weekly or monthly paid at £8.21 per hour
- Shifts can vary between 7am - 10pm (double / half shifts)
- Dedicated consultant
