Residential Support Worker - Darlington, DL3
Salary: £27,999.72 - £29,428.49 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Shift Patterns: 7:45am-8:00pm, 11:00am-11:00pm, 7:45pm-8:00am (Waking Nights)

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a warm and welcoming children's home in Darlington. Supporting young people aged 12-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties, mental health challenges, and learning disabilities, you'll play a key role in helping them build confidence, independence, and life skills within a safe and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable children or young people, strong safeguarding knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to support young people through challenging situations. Most importantly, you'll be committed to achieving positive outcomes and providing high-quality, person-centred care.
