A leading education provider based in Brighton is looking for Residential Support workers to join their caring team who are focused on maximising their pupil's independence and learning. They are dedicated to enhancing their students' lifestyles as well as preparing them for life after college.
You will be supporting the students in their allocated house outside of school hours. You will be meeting their educational, social, emotional and learning needs. You will improve their independence and improve their outlook after leaving college.
This role is full time - 40 hours per week - working a variety of hours on a rota basis including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. No nights required. The role is 38 weeks - term time only.
