Residential Support Worker - Liverpool

£19,584 yearly (£10.20 per hour) Sleep rate of £71.28 per sleep

Are you a Residential Support Worker with experience working with children and young people who have complex emotional and social needs? We are recruiting for multiple roles in the Liverpool area.

Our client, a reputable care provider in the area are looking for Residential care workers to join their friendly team. Our client supports children and young people who have complex emotional and social needs.

As a Residential care worker, you will be providing personalised care acting as the service users advocate and ensuring that we meet the high standards we believe in. You will be supporting the service users with personal care and help to carry out activities that they enjoy as well as trying new things to expand their horizons. You will also need to participate in health-related tasks if needed.

The job can have its challenges, but always outweighing those are the rewards of knowing you are helping improve things for the children and young people.

A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare is desirable or must be willing to work towards this. All training needed will be provided.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
