Are you passionate about working with and supporting young adults with a variety of needs including Autism, Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviour? If you have knowledge and experience of working with individuals with these needs, then this is the job for you.

A leading education provider based in Brighton is looking for Residential Support workers to join their caring team who are focused on maximizing their pupil`s independence and learning. They are dedicated to enhancing their students` lifestyles as well as preparing them for life after college.

You will be supporting the students in their allocated house outside of school hours. You will be meeting their educational, social, emotional and learning needs. You will improve their independence and improve their outlook after leaving college.

This role is full time - 40 hours per week - working a variety of hours on a rota basis including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. No nights required. The role is all year round however it comes with 30 days holiday.
