Calling all youth workers! We need you!

I`m really proud to be recruiting for this service who offer vital support work to young people leaving care in the Bristol and North Somerset area. The team work very hard to make sure that the young people are equipped with the life skills needed to lead successful and independent lives.

We are looking for confident, energetic youth support workers to join the team on a temporary basis starting straight away. You will be committed with a genuine vocation to have a positive impact in young peoples lives. Consistency is very important and so ideally you will be happy to work a regular schedule on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in youth support or similar role, and will be approachable and friendly but also able to provide positive guidance to the young person as required. A level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care is also essential

Being an vehicle owner/ driver will be an advantage because it will be easier for you to travel, however this is not essential.

Pay rates are very good and vary depending on night or day shifts. We offer long days and sleep ins, sleep in shifts are also paid per hour!
