How would you like to work a third of the year? How would you like to have 2 days off after working every shift? Are you an experienced Support Worker specialising in working with children with learning disabilities? If so then we have the role for you!

We are currently recruiting for Residential Support Workers for our client based in St Helen's. You will be working in a brand-new service for a rapidly expanding company with a highly experienced team of managers and staff. The service specialises in providing respite care for children with learning disabilities and mild to profound autism. You will be working in a state of the art, newly refurbished site with spacious bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen areas along with sensory room and games room.

We are looking for empathetic and passionate support workers who have:
- Experience of working with children with learning disabilities
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People
- A motivated and ambitious outlook and a dedication to improve the lives of vulnerable children

In this role you will work 1X 14 hour shift then have 2 days off. You will work this 1 on 2 off shift pattern continuously and may be required to work days or nights depending on the needs of the service. The annual salary is a competitive £23,000 per year and there are plenty of opportunities for progression.
