Are you an experienced Residential Valuer and Negotiator looking for your next opportunity? My client has an exciting job role based at their busy offices in Stevenage and are looking to hire someone ASAP.

You must have previous Estate Agency experience, along with proven success in a similar role and preferably knowledge of the local area. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills via telephone and face to face and be great at developing and maintaining client relationships. You need to be well organised and able to demonstrate high standards of Customer Service and presentation.

My client is looking for someone ambitious and career minded, and they want someone to join that is looking to develop their skills and stay with the business. You should be a motivated individual and enthusiastic about the job.

You will need a full valid and clean driving license and your own vehicle to do the job.

The Role will include:

• Acting as a valuer in the absence of the Manager
• Accompanying viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Following-up viewings
• Matching properties to our database
• Looking for sales opportunities

Salary: 18k plus commission OTE 35k
Hours: 9-6 with a 60 minute lunch break, plus one Saturday in four 9-5. You will be office based - this isn't a remote working role.
Benefits: 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays unless required to cover
