Job Description

A well established large national organization are recruiting for Night Support Worker for their 5 - 7 bedded homes based in Highbridge and Burnham on Sea, Somerset. You will be working with Adults, who have Autism and can display challenging behaviour.

Main Job Role:
- Support clients with morning and bedtime routines
- Cleaning and prep through the night
- Being hands on with clients if they wake up
- Some aspects or full personal care required but no manual handling / hoisting

Qualifying candidates:
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)
- Must be a car driver with your own car

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £7,030 - 13,182 per annum = £8.45 an hour
- We have upto 16 - 30 hour contracts available, Monday to Fridays with alternative weekends
- Waking nights can vary between 9pm - 8am
