Workforce Planning Specialist

My client who is based in both Coventry and Milton Keynes are looking for a new planning support Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:
" Assist with gathering call data for analysis which will produce call volume trends, service activity.
" Produce forecast which is required for staffing levels and provide this to management
" Be a point of contact for scheduling requests, time off, shift trends etc.
" Develop a base knowledge of workflow/workforce management by assisting high level workforce planning.

Desired skills:
" Excel, Access, IEX workforce management system, Hyperion Budgeting Software
" Ability to learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks
" Follow established procedures
