Full Time - Temporary

Salary £9.00 to £10.00 per hour

Are you looking to for an exciting In-house Recruitment opportunity?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and make a huge difference to the continued success of the business.

As a Resourcer you will be working alongside the team and their Recruitment Manager to establish key growth in the department.

You will be responsible for generating and sourcing suitable candidates for our business requirements throughout the business.

You will be required to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to be confident and have the ability to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders at every level of the organisation.

You will also need customer service skills and be driven and proactive in your approach to your workload.

The role of a Resourcer involves:
" Sourcing candidates via job boards, and the company in-house applicant tracking system.
" Qualifying candidate's suitability for positions.
" Telephone screening.
" Arranging interview and preparing candidates to attend interviews
" Negotiation of salary or pay rates
" Ensuring all compliance and administration is up to date
" Utilising the company HR system and ensuring data is recorded accurately and up to date.
" Adhoc administration tasks
" Start to end process
What you'll need to become a Resourcer:
" Driven and motivated
" Previous In-house recruitment experience desirable
" Experience of using an in-house applicant tracking system desirable
" Competitive nature with tenacity and resilient nature.
" Strong work ethic and commitment to go the extra mile.
" Career focused.
" Proven track record of utilising social media as part of the recruitment cycle
