Resourcing Administrator

Job Description

A new role has become available to work for a Government body as a Resourcing Administrator. This position will be working from home, Monday - Friday, 9-5, 37.5 hours per week. It is a temporary role until at least March 2022, with potential to be extended. The pay rate will be £13.48 per hour.

As a Resourcing Administrator, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the department. In particular, the post holder will provide and coordinate administrative services to ensure that the team is fully staffed to carry out the successful delivery of programmes.

The post holder responsibilities include:
- Uploading roles to the in-house recruitment system and via internal route.
- Liaise with managers and HR colleagues in the customer organisations at relevant stages of the recruitment activity and ensure the administrative processes are completed.
- Assisting with the coordination of interviews.
- Coordinating the induction process from the point of recruitment until the day the new starter commences employment.
- Ensuring all data uploaded to any spreadsheets/trackers is correct.
- Booking travel and accommodation for OD and Resourcing team members.

Essential criteria:
- Communication skills
- Ability to work at pace
- Organisational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
