I am looking for a Resourcing Advisor who is available for an IMMEDIATE START.

Our client is a household name based in Watford and are looking for an eager resourcer to join their exciting business.

The HR team is a shared service which provides support to Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers.

If you are looking for a challenge with a varied role then this is the job is for you.

Your duties are not limited to but include:

Support within recruiting
Searching for candidates within
Supporting with headhunting hot candidates
Updating the system/paperwork
Delivering an outstanding service to candidates
Managing inboxes

For this role you will need to be:

Hardworking and driven.
The desire to pursue a successful career within recruitment.
An excellent telephone manner, teamwork, and people skills.
Confident, with the ability to work under pressure.
HR/Recruitment and Admin background is preferable

Your Package:

Rate £13ph, holidays, Pension, Free Parking and lunches ( If needed on site) Remote working role, Full time hours
