Job Description

RESOURCING ADVISOR - TELFORD - £25,700 OTE £50,000

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with working knowledge of residential care.
You must be driven by targets and a passion for finding the right people for the right organisations.

This role is based with an industry leader in their field and offers fantastic career opportunities. You will be an experienced recruiter with exceptional communication skills at all levels. This is a fantastic new role so offers a very exciting opportunity for the right person. Previous team management skills would be an advantage as you will be responsible for a small recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of driving and managing a team and have worked and enjoy a targeted environment.


You will be recruiting for a variety of roles ranging from senior managers, qualified and experienced care workers, clinicians, teachers, back office staff and any other required roles by proactively sourcing new candidates through head hunting, social medial, referrals and CV mining, ensuring that KPI's and additional organisational needs are continuously met.


Your team will manage the recruitment lifecycle and you will use your expertise to guide and coach the recruiting managers and support staff to ensure an exceptional candidate experience every time and work to build the employer brand. The nature of this organisation dictates that safer recruitment principles are adopted with a no exception approach and compliance with this is essential.


There are no formal qualifications required for this role however it is expected that you will be an experienced recruiter, previously having worked within an internal recruiter role or as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the social care sector. You will be driven by the success of achieving challenging KPI's and will have previous experience of managing staff.


Basic salary £25,700 OTE £50,000 + 25 days annual leave + plus bank holidays + Pension scheme + Life insurance + lots more benefits such as a discounted gym memberships.


The nature of this role and organisation dictates that the post holder will be subject to an enhanced + barred DBS check. Please note that holding a positive disclosure may not automatically Barr you from working with the organisation however, a full risk assessment will be complete prior to making a recruitment decision.
It is a requirement that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle as it is expected that you will occasionally travel between sites across Shropshire and North Wales.
