Internal Recruitment resource Required in Redhill!

My client is a leading insurance organisation based in Surrey are are looking for a temporary resourcer to join their busy recruitment team!

You will be expected to resource for 10-30 roles by setting up assessment days and sourcing the right candidates for the vacancies advertised within this company. You will need to manage expectations of the hiring managers and the candidates who apply. This is a 180 recruitment role.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and can work under pressure along with outstanding customer service and administrative skills. You will need to have an eye for detail to search for key words and skills to source the right candidates via their applications.

We require that all applying candidates have a minimum of
-1/2 years Customer service achievements
-1/2 years Admin practice
-Can demonstrate where you have had to resource candidates

Temp basis £11-£13.00 per hour minimum 4 weeks work can be extended or even turn permanent
