We have an exciting opportunity for a Responsible Individual to join a fantastic provider of residential childcare services across Liverpool.
You will be working for a great organisation of innovative care to children and young people who have complex needs - emotional, behavioural social or learning needs. They operate Residential services across Liverpool.
As the Responsible Individual you will be expected to provide effective leadership, management, support and guidance to a team of Registered Managers ensuring children, young people are effectively safeguarded and receive a standard of care compliant with the home's statement of purpose. Ensure homes are compliant with the Children`s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, including the monitoring of Regulation 44 and Regulation 45 reports and promote and maintain a healthy and safe environment for all residential staff.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of three recent years' experience of working at operational level within children services, extensive knowledge with Ofsted, hold a level 5 in leadership and management and a minimum and a Full UK Driving Licence.
This is a full-time position with a salary bracket of £60,000 - £75,000 with a potential negotiation for the right fit, 28-day holidays, plus bank holidays, part of the company pension scheme, and employee assistance program.
