Join a well established family business in Penarth centre as a Branch Manager this could suit someone with a retail sales background. A basic salary of £10.00 + Uncapped Commission. This opportunity would suit an individual with natural people skills and the right caring and understanding manner with empathy.

For this unique opportunity you will need to show care and empathy when dealing with your clients and can show excellent after sales skills.

You will be running a small office, selling and other duties include dealing with enquiries, making appointments to meet your clients, receiving and handling payments.

We are looking for somebody:

• With the right caring, listening and compassionate nature
• Naturally has time for people and has the skill to build relationship and trust
• Ability to sell with patience and understanding
• Ability to work on your own and be a self motivated worker

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900-1700 with 30 minutes for lunch and the company offers 28 days annual leave rising with increase of service, uncapped monthly bonus
