Retail Store Manager
Inverness
Salary: £23-27k plus sales related bonus

A fast-growing retail establishment in Inverness is currently seeking to find a Store Manager. It is asked that you have at least 2-3 years` experience within a retail management role.

Are you determined, chatty, passionate about life and positive in nature? The team are looking to find a solution focussed candidate with a `can-do` attitude and genuine interest in managing staff and getting to know the product and business, a person who is prepared to go the extra mile for customers and will give the business 100% commitment.

There is a continuous improvement policy within this business, with training and development being promoted heavily. Here are just some of the areas covered in on-going staff training …. Sales control, planning/time management, communication, motivation, performance reviews, assertiveness, teambuilding, training to train, coaching, recruitment & selection interviewing and managing people, selling skills, shine, advanced selling, fitting, product knowledge, operation procedures and loads of other topics!
