Job Title - Retail Receptionist

Job Type - Permanent - Part Time - Sat/Sun - 14 hours

Location - Kirkcaldy

Salary - £7,000

You could be working for one of the fastest growing retailers in the UK. Our client is the number 1 retailer in their specialised sector. They are looking for an outgoing, confident, organised individual to join them as a Retail Receptionist within the local branch.

What you will be responsible for:

Front of House - Greeting all customers that enter the showroom in a friendly welcoming manor, taking the initial enquiry and directing them to the relevant area. You will also be responsible for making sure customers adhere to the company's Covid guidelines. This role will not only be front of house, you will also need to wear many hats, answer all incoming calls, operating the switchboard and managing your own day and workload.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the company dashboard, in putting data into the in-house computer system, liaising with other departments tracking their progress and making sure individuals are on target to hit relevant KPI's

What experience is needed:

A proven track record of dealing with customers both in person and over the phone
Previous experience working with a heavy workload - with multiple duties at a fast pace
Confident, outgoing personality with a hard-working mentality
Presentable, Professional, organised and switched-on
A history in administration and data input
