We are working with a leading FMCG business to source an outstanding Retail Account Manager to join their site in Sleaford. This is an opportunity to work with some of the fastest growing accounts in the business with the potential to bring on new retailers adding to the ever growing success of the company.

The Opportunity:

This role will see you taking commercial control and responsibility for numerous high profile retail accounts. This will involve achieving certain category objectives in line with the business` own objectives.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for proactively managing relationships both internally & externally, whilst conducting regular business and category reviews to drive performance. You will confidently analyse accounts and challenge the `norm` in a constructive manner.


A Successful Candidate:

Experience in FMCG is necessary, ideally in produce.
Experience of dealing with retailers, previous account management is essential.
Will hold a HND or degree in a business related qualification.
Has the initiative to conduct further analysis and challenge self.
Can look forward to business potentials, also identify any pitfalls approaching.
Excellent Microsoft Office, communications and relationship building skills.


Salary: £40k- £50k + Additional Benefits
