LOCATION: Tees side Park, TS17
PAY RATE: £15.36 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Step into a dynamic environment as the Retail Security Manager at Teesside Park, a bustling retail hub. You will oversee all aspects of security, ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and occupiers. Your responsibilities will include managing first aid, traffic, police incidents, and mitigating anti-social behaviour. You will lead the Control Room operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and training for CCTV operatives. Your daily duties will encompass recruitment, training, HR management, and team development.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Essential Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in retail or professional security with strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Solid understanding of HR processes, Health & Safety policies
• Initiative, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
• Training delivery and review experience
• Major incident scenario training capability
• Competency and safety audit expertise
• Hazard identification and correction
• Compliance monitoring and control measures enforcement
• Accident/incident investigation and risk assessment revision
• Attendance monitoring and team performance review

Licence Requirements:

• SIA Door Supervisor licence
• CCTV licence
• Full driver's licence

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide a 5-year check able employment history for vetting.
• First Aid at Work Certificate (desirable)
