Brand Manager
Speyside
£28000 - £30000k (boe)

Are you seeking to move into the drinks industry, to work for one of the leaders in the sector?

Let`s talk about you, I`m looking to find someone with proven people management skills, you not only enjoy managing people but get a great sense of pleasure from inspiring and motivating a team.

  • This role will involve storytelling, you need to be able to stand in front of people and tell them the story of the business and how the finished product came to be.
  • You like meeting and dealing with people, you enjoy striking up conversations and educating people is second nature to you

Your Unique Contribution
The purpose of this role is to grow the team and business and manage the team effectively. You will have four main areas of responsibility, they are:-

  • Team Management
  • Manage a small team
  • recruit staff as required
  • Develop and implement staff training system
  • Produce weekly staff rota plan
  • Monitor holidays and sickness
  • Collating time sheets and liaising with payroll
  • Communicate weekly to Head Office Management Team
  • Deliver Premium Experiences
  • Set up an effective premium range of experiences that is unique
  • Liaise with the Marketing Team ensuring script and visual content are both up to date
  • Manage the online booking system
  • Co-ordinate Trade and Senior Management team visits with Heritage Team
  • Support in the shop, welcoming guests to the experience, conducting tastings as and when required, guided tours when necessary
  • Develop Financial profitability
  • Growth mindset, set up annual KPI`s in collaboration with the Brand Home Finance team and marketing manager
  • Review and adapt KPI`s on a quarterly basis
  • Revenue optimisation, establish a yearly promotional plan, both online and in the shop - supported by newsletters
  • Launch new products in collaboration with the brand marketing team
  • Ensure Operational Excellence
  • Collect Visitor Stats
  • Monitor and report stock levels monthly
  • Manage the maintenance of suitable cash float and balance the tills daily
  • Administer full H&S records for the business as part of the site control plan
