Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Surveyor to join a nationally reputable company who are market leading manufacturers based in Lincoln. Experience with PVC and Aluminium is essential.

They are looking for a talented Surveyor to survey all products to a high standard and be up to date with all building regulations. You will also be required to carry out risk assessments to highlight any potential hazards.

Role Requirements:
" To survey all products including UPVC, aluminium & composite doors and windows, conservatories, soffit and fascia.
" Contact customers to arrange own appointments within 1 working day of a contract being raised and to then book appointments within required time frame.
" Effectively manage own diary and update Retail Database with appointment details and all other relevant information.
" Complete risk assessment on all site visits.
" Discuss products with customer to ensure expectations are met during installation.
" Attend complaints and compile report regarding installation or product issues and rectify where possible.
" Deliver parts to fitters when necessary to allow installation to be completed.
" Attend service calls or assist with installation of work where necessary.
" Cover Installation Managers daily tasks during holidays etc.


Person Requirements:
" Fully competent in all aspects of technical requirements to allow surveys to be completed accurately.
" Have strong customer focus and be able to recognise customer needs.
" Excellent communication skills - it is vital that all relevant members of the team have a clear understanding of what is required to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction.
" Excellent attention to detail.
" A flexible approach to ensure the job is completed.
" Strong Health and Safety awareness as you will be needed to assess sites to ensure working conditions are safe.


This is a full-time permanent position in Central Lincoln - salary to be discussed.
