Job Description

One of the leading Luxury Bathroom suppliers across London and the South East we're always growing and need to expand our team. We're currently looking for a Returns Co-ordinator who can also pick up with Order Processing.
Based in Chessington we're well established and have amazing relationships with top suppliers the world over. We're a friendly bunch and have a great team in our smart offices filled with great people to work with.
Your new position as Returns Co-ordinator is an essential role and will have you building relationships and some suppliers and customers alike.
Using a bespoke software system to track and identify new returns you will be utilising your amazing Data Entry skills along with basic admin. Liaising on the phone and e-mail will be a big part so we want you to have excellent communication skills. Consider yourself thick skinned? I hope so as it can get hairy occasionally but it is a Happy Environment so somebody who knows how to smile while being in control will be amazing.
The main duties will be organising the return and re-issue of items that may have been damaged or faulty in some way, it could be a simple error or the customer may have just changed their mind. Its then up to you to take this from the sales team and make sure the process runs smoothly. Working closely with our Order Processing team you will also be trained up to cover both desks if needed.

The ideal candidate will have great Data Entry Skills, be able to multitask while working in a fast paced environment.
Somebody with experience of spreadsheets and IT Skills but still has scope to develop and grow.
