Job Description

Based in a modern office in Manchester City Centre my well established client are looking for a Revit Technician to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for somebody who is looking to progress.... or somebody who is already experienced and looking for that new challenge!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit with suitable qualifications as detailed below:

Production of technical civil drawings for tender stage and then develop these into a set of construction status drawings
Produce and revise layouts to suit developments in the design
Have a very good understanding of UK building regulations within the building and construction industry
Able to work to tight timescales and budgets with minimal supervision
Communicate with the internal design team
Communicate and co-ordinate with external design team members and contractors
Be self-motivated and take pride in producing good quality drawings
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Ideally educated to ONC/HNC Level or above (but not essential)
Have a strong project history within large developments and having worked examples of these
Demonstrate experience in the following sectors:-
Industrial / Logistics, Hotels, Residential, Offices, Public Sector

Salary is £25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
You will be predominantly office based but there will be some flexibility with home working.
Standard hours are 37.25 hours per week.
23 days flexible holiday +3 at Christmas+ Bank Holidays, also a company pension scheme that the company contributes into every month - between 3-5%
