Job Description

We are currently working with a Healthcare Union/Professional Body based in Central London, recruiting for a Reward & HR Data Analyst on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2019.

The role of the Reward and HR Data Analyst is to oversee all activity relating to pay and reward including both routine and project work and conduct management information reporting in support of the organisation's strategic aims, objectives, and operational plans.

This includes day to day and project responsibilities relating to the organisation's pay and benefits offer including the job evaluation scheme, Group Income Protection and Life Assurance schemes and occupational pension schemes. The postholder will also undertake routine and ad hoc reporting.

Main areas of responsibility will include:
- Pay and reward
- Job evaluation
- Management information and data reporting
- Equality and diversity

Person specification:
- Level 7 CIPD qualified (desirable)
- Relevant qualification in data analytics and reporting (desirable)
- Good knowledge of current pay and benefits landscape, and occupational pension schemes
- Knowledge of OpenHR and Gauge
- Some experience within a unionised environment (desirable)
