Job Description

Are you an experienced Reward Analyst or Reward Manager that is looking to for a new challenge within the public sector to join a large, multi-disciplined organisation in a rewarding and unique environment?

My client is currently seeking a full time Interim Reward Manager who has a track record of managing reward activity in a large multi- disciplinary operational organisation to join an influential People and Culture team on 23-month FTC. This role is largely remote with occasional travel to London and Birmingham.

Details of the role:
o Salary £44,051.38 (plus £2,634.25 London Allowance if London based)
o 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
o Great Pension scheme
o Cycle to work scheme and other bespoke benefits

Requirements:
o Minimum MCIPD or other relevant qualification in Reward
o Fully trained in Job evaluation: job analysis, organisational analysis, reward policy and practice
o Experience of managing HAY job evaluation and grading process from start to end
o Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal communication skills.
o Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
