Brook Street are looking for a confident administrator to join our fantastic, market leading client based in Stratford on an initial temporary basis - a permanent position will be available for anyone who performs well in this role.
Duties:
- Deliver effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to Line Manager
- Plan, arrange, organise and coordinate meetings, events, travel and accommodation
- Carry out delegated activities, such as authorising purchases, holiday requests, on behalf of managers
- Check, plan and arrange for IT, office equipment and supplies
- Create, compile, maintain, distribute and store documents, records, papers, reports, presentations and minutes that are timely and accurate
- Respond to and resolve incoming stakeholder queries and requests
- Collect and analyse data
- General administration e.g. creating, editing and storing document and spreadsheets
- Planning, prioritising and organising own work
Essential Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Confident in communicating with people at all levels both verbally and written
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
Desired:
- Knowledge of compliance/data protection
- Experience of working in an office environment
