Our client is a leading pension provider based in Canary Wharf. This role sits within the Enterprise Risk team and supports the application of the risk framework methodology and ensures that standards are maintained and developed against an evolving and dynamic risk environment.
You will be involved in the implementation and on-going maintenance of the risk management and controls framework across the organisation and oversight of the management of key risks.
During this 12 month period your focus will be to liaise with all parts of the business, identifying key controls and ensuring they are aligned with each other, establishing and implementing a framework- culminating in a catalogue/library of material that can be presented to the regulators and auditors. Basically this will be a central depository for data across the business.
Although this is a fairly autonomous role it is NOT suited to a project manager. We are NOT looking for an IT Information security professional either. What we need is a Risk Management framework professional - no pensions experience is required.
Our client is open to levels of experience so the salary range reflects this.
