We are looking for an experienced Home Manager (RMN Qualified) who has experience of managing a mental health/younger adult service which is home to 40 residents.

This service offers exceptional person centred care, meeting wherever possible extremely complex care needs which can range from substance/alcohol miss use, mental health illness such as schizophrenia as an example.#

With this in mind your experienced of working within a similar mental health residential service is key along with your RMN qualification (NMC Registered/UK Pin No)

Essentials

• You must be a qualified Nurse RMN Qualified
• You will be experienced in managing a Mental Health/similar service and previously registered with CQC
• If you have specific experience within managing a service specialising in schizophrenia/similar illness that would be an advantage
